1. Information We Collect

We collect information to operate the Service effectively:

  • Account Data: Name, email, and payment information (processed by our payment provider).
  • Usage Data: IP addresses, browser type, device information, and interaction logs.
  • User Content: Text, files, and other data you input into the AI Service.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your data to:

  • Provide, maintain, and improve the Service.
  • Process transactions and send related information.
  • Detect, prevent, and address technical issues or fraud.
  • Comply with legal obligations.

3. Sharing of Information

We do not sell your personal data for money, and we do not currently share your personal data with advertising partners. Be aware that under laws like the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), sharing information with advertising partners through tracking technologies (such as advertising pixels) can itself be legally classified as a "sale" or "share" of personal information, even when no money changes hands. The tracking technologies we use today — and how we will handle any advertising trackers before enabling them — are described in Cookies & Tracking Technologies below. We share data only in the following circumstances:

  • Service Providers: With third-party vendors who help us operate (e.g., cloud hosting, logging and monitoring, payment processors, AI model providers).
  • Legal Compliance: If required by law, subpoena, or legal process.
  • Business Transfers: In connection with a merger, sale of assets, or financing.

4. Cookies & Tracking Technologies

We and our service providers use a small number of tracking technologies ("Trackers") on this website:

  • Essential (first-party): The AI chat widget stores a first-party identifier in your browser's local storage (ramp_ai_user_id) so the widget can recognize you if you return, plus a session identifier in session storage that expires when you close the tab. These are required for the chat experience to function and are not shared with advertising partners. You can remove them at any time by clearing your browser's site data for this website.
  • Meta (Facebook) domain verification: Our pages include a facebook-domain-verification meta tag, which proves ownership of this domain to Meta Platforms, Inc. It is not a cookie or pixel and does not itself track visitors.
  • Advertising — Meta (Facebook) Pixel (not currently active): We may in the future use the Meta Pixel, a tracking technology provided by Meta Platforms, Inc., to measure the effectiveness of our advertising. The Meta Pixel is not currently enabled on this website. If enabled, it would collect information about your visits — such as pages viewed and actions taken — and transmit that information to Meta, which processes it subject to its own privacy policy (https://www.facebook.com/privacy/policy/). Under the CCPA and similar state laws, that transfer may be considered a "sale" or "share" of personal information even though we would receive no money for it. Before enabling the Meta Pixel or any similar advertising Tracker, we will update this policy, provide an opt-out mechanism, and honor the Global Privacy Control (GPC) browser signal as a valid opt-out request.

5. Your Privacy Choices

  • Advertising Trackers: No advertising Trackers are active on this website today, so there is nothing to opt out of. If that changes, we will update this policy first and ship an opt-out control — including automatic honoring of the Global Privacy Control browser signal — before any advertising Tracker fires.
  • Essential storage: The first-party chat identifiers described above can be removed by clearing your browser's site data. They are not offered as an opt-out toggle because the chat widget cannot function without them.
  • SMS: Text-message opt-in and opt-out are handled separately — see Section 9 ("SMS / Text Messaging & Mobile Data").

6. Data Security

We implement reasonable security measures to protect your information. However, no internet transmission is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

7. International Data Transfers

Your information may be transferred to—and maintained on—computers located outside of your state or country, where data protection laws may differ.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new policy on this page.

9. SMS / Text Messaging & Mobile Data

If you provide your mobile phone number through our website forms and opt in to receive text messages, RAMP.AI LLC collects and stores your mobile number and your SMS consent status (opt-in date and status) for the following purpose:

  • To send you account, onboarding, and customer-support text messages related to the Service you signed up for.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Mobile opt-in and SMS consent data will not be shared with or sold to third parties or affiliates for marketing purposes. All other categories, including but not limited to text messaging originator opt-in data and consent, will not be shared with any third parties.

You may opt out of receiving text messages at any time by replying STOP to any message, or by contacting us at support@rampwithai.today.

10. Google User Data

If you connect your Google account to Ramp AI (for example, to link your Google Calendar or to send email from your Gmail address), RAMP.AI LLC accesses only the Google user data needed for the features you turn on.

  • What we access: With the Google Calendar permission, we access your calendar list and the events on the calendar you choose to connect. With the Gmail send permission, we can only send email from your Gmail address; we cannot read, search, or delete the messages in your mailbox. We also receive the email address of the Google account you connect, so we can show which account is connected.
  • How we use it: We read your events to show your availability and prevent double-booking, and we create, update, and cancel events for appointments that you, your staff, or your Ramp AI assistant book in Ramp AI, so your Google Calendar and your Ramp AI schedule stay in sync. When you choose Gmail as your business's email sender, we send the emails you, your staff, or your Ramp AI assistant send to your customers from Ramp AI (such as quotes, invoices, booking confirmations, and replies) through your Gmail account, so they come from your own address and appear in your Gmail Sent folder.
  • How we store and protect it: We store the OAuth access and refresh tokens Google issues to us, the appointment details we sync, and a copy of each email we send through your Gmail account (recipient, subject, and content), in your business's own database, which is kept separate from every other customer's. Access is limited to the systems that run these features and to authorized personnel who need it to operate or support the Service.
  • How we share it: We do not sell Google user data and do not use it for advertising. We do not share it with third parties except (a) the service providers that host and operate the Service, including the AI model provider that processes your requests, and only as needed to provide the features you use; (b) when you ask us to; (c) to comply with law; or (d) as part of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, subject to this policy.
  • AI and model training: We do not use Google user data to develop, improve, or train generalized AI or machine-learning models. When our AI features process your calendar data or write emails to answer or book on your behalf, they do so through a paid model service that does not use that data to train its models.
  • People reading your data: No one at Ramp AI reads your Google user data unless you give us permission (for example, in a support request), it is necessary for security purposes such as investigating abuse, or it is required to comply with law.
  • Disconnecting and deletion: You can stop Ramp AI's access at any time at myaccount.google.com/permissions, or ask us to disconnect your account at privacy@rampwithai.today. Revoking access at Google makes our stored tokens unusable immediately; when you ask us to disconnect, we delete the stored tokens within 30 days. Appointments you booked and emails you sent in Ramp AI remain part of your Ramp AI records unless you ask us to delete them.

Ramp AI's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
